Power button won't turn screen on

Hi seems so many with this same problem     I noticed my phone was very hot whilst charging and then notived when i powered on as the phone had switched off on its own that something was wrong.

I get a loop of the same thing .......SONY   XPERIA and the colours from left to right   (on screen)

then nothing just the same loop again again again it just will not turn on.   I have done the reset using a soft DS pen and this is the only time i can get it to charge, it will not charge if its on the loop screen. but still once fully charged it wont power on past the loop and gets hot enough to fry n egg

I need my phone and there seems a fault with so many people.  I only got this xmas day and straight away found i could not use fb with xperia and upload via xperia fb but could via normal fb. But this is far worse i cant ring txt etc

Not so easy to do where i live in the sticks in a countryside.   Is there nothing else i can try like a sony link to boot the phone via usb to pc ?

Connect your phone to a wall charger or PC and that will turn on the screen if the phone its on but other than that there isn't any other way that I can think of

Ok thanks anyway, After pressing the button inside back caseing it powers on but just to the loop and will not go past the loop to then swipe screen as usual.... seriously is so hot it worries me with kids in the house......Think i will turn it off via button and leave it off overnight to see if it sorts itself out lol ( gonna need a miracle hehehe )

That's quite odd, press and hold power & volume up for 10 seconds
