Update = Data erasure ?

After installing the new update (4.3) will be all data (games, files, contacts.. everything) in my mobile erased?

Its a major update so yeah you will have to redownload all your apps, widgets, games, etc

Not necessariliy,but you may encounter compatibility issues...It is better to backup your most important data.
