prosess system not responding

my Xperia Z1 is not responding. it give a message that the process system is not responding. how do i got about with the problem

Power button+vol up until the phone vibrates.

Then if you have at least 50% battery(if not connect to wall charger for 1 hour).Repair with SUS.

How do I solve the problem of process system not responding on Z1, it has become very slow after upgrade to 4.3
