@daverawle wrote:Strange that some people are having such a lot of problems. Mine is still on .205 and I really like the phone, no issues to make me unhappy with it. Battery lasts 2 days with moderate useage - I recharge and reboot it at the same time and keep it on 2G as 3G is patchy here. Agree that the brightness handler is rubbish but Vellis fixes that. I'm looking forward to hearing what .207 brings but if I have to stay on .205 that will be ok.

I agree. Me too.
Hi Bulbo,
I updated the phone, which was on .266 when I got it, first to .201 (Swiss Generic) then to .205 (Greek Generic) both times using FlashTool.

207 is not coming yet :

long time for just small bug fix ...
most needed futures are app2SD and light sensor fix and turend off charging black screen fix!
Yesterday i flashed 207 and i can confirm that there is no APP2SD unfortunatelly !
Hi
After some days of using the phone with 1.207 i noticed that this runs much smoother
Camera seems to focus faster than before
Cons:
install/uninstall bug still there...but in my opinion it's not so critical
proximity senzor still slow after removing phone from ear
As there isn't a generic version of .207 yet (and will there ever be?) can someone who has used the Cosmote firmware let me know if it is loaded with bloatware.
Thanks
Dave
Which country has the .207 firmware or which network - All I see is .205
Edit - Greece - A regional firmware which is branded
I also see a lot of T-Mobile branded firmware so these will be modified generic firmware preloaded with what you call bloatware there is no difference between the .205 and .207 other than the pre-loaded apps
