Problems with Double tap & the notification bar

Hi everyone!

Few days ago i noticed by typing that my Q letter in keyboard is not working neither 1 then i checked in diagonostics touch screen and there i found that most left of phone screen the touch is not working. Most likely a grid and sometimes it work but by much effort. For example if i swipe from right to left speedily or put pressur on that effected area then it works but however it is useless. I tried factory reset removing SD card etc and trying to do software repair by PCC. But as far as i know it is harwae issue and it seems useless trying about software.

Any one can help me or give me good suggestion what should i do will be greatly appericiated.

@Maher96 I agree that the best thing to do in your case would be to get in touch with your Local support in order to have the device examined by a technician at a service center.

Notification bar couldn't be pulled and the screen plays by itself.
