Good evening! When installing Whatssup application, I realized that all audio sent for me to my friends "accelerated", making it impossible to understand the recordings. A 20-second recording turned into a one second, inexplicably. What should I do (question).
That's a WhatsApp issue, contact your local Xperia care
Not wanting to neglect your answer, why did you recommended that I contact the local Xperia Care? I use this forum just to get subsidies (help, tips, etc.) to facilitate my work as technical support Sony dealer in Brazil. Please uliwooly, I would like to get more constructive answers!
Hi, if you send for instance a 30 second video using WhatsApp......does the same thing happen, have never experienced the sound recording speeding up before, have you tried emptying the cache on the app or possibly deleting then re-installing the app......:smileyconfused:
Because its not a Sony app, its a thirdparty app and any issues with third party apps, games, widgets, etc has to be addressed by them not Sony.
Good night, uliwooly! I hope you have not understood my last post as rudeness. Occasionally, I get complaints from people who, by any Xperia phone, face setbacks with Facebook, Whatssup, among other programs. Regarding the phones I mention in my posts, they refer merely to customers by me met. I would like to know the volume of complaints that are filed every day in the United States about a number of problems with the phones from Sony.
Keep up the good work!
