Hello,
I'm facing a problem with my new Xperia X10 Mini pro. I CAN'T SEND/RECEIVE FILES VIA BLUETOOTH.
I can pair my phone to another phones but it's impossible to establish a connection and send files via Bluetooth.
Does anyone have a solution for this issue?
thank you.

This has been asked before so I will just copy over the link to the other thread.

Still don't know if this works on mini so if you sort it let me know!
Also as an adjunct to this there is an app called 'Bluetooth File Transfer' that also works on my biggun but not sure about the mini.
i tried both BUMP application and buetooth transfer... but they didn't work on X10 mini pro.
i need to copy my contacts from my W890i to my mini pro via bluetooth but no connection has been established yet between the 2 phones.
thank you
I assume you have tried the Sony Ericsson Sync .... thats how I got my contacts from my old C902.
i tried the sync service but it didn't work... my old W890i cannot connect to the sync server eventhough the settings are 100% right...
and i discovered that PC compagnion can access my old phone and backup contacts but when i connect the X10 mini pro, i can't transfer the contacts to it...
it's a nightmare for me... any help?
Hmmmm, just a thought... did you update the software on the old phone, cos I have a feeling that I had to download / update the settings on that before I did the sync, thinking about it the sync symbol on the menu screen on C902 changed so something must have happened. Sadly I have given my old phone to my son so I can't check it out til he gets back at weekend.
I'm sorry I'm not able to help more. Let us know how you get on and if you manage to solve it cos this seems to be something that pops up fairly regularly.
I updated the old phone software befor doing the Sync... but nothig has changed...
Anyway, thank you for your replies, i'll keep trying to solve this issue.
Go to Android market and download the "bluetooth file transfer" application that allows you to transfer files from other mobile phones... though, it doesn't help in transfering conatcts.
As for the stereo bluetooth, I've never tried this so far.
Let me know if it worked for you.
