problem with xperia u update

I want to update my xperia u but sony pc companion show this message:

your phone is up to date!

here is my phone information

model number: ST25i

android version: 2.3.7

build number: 6.0.B.1.564

SI 1261-4288

note that I try update through sonymobile.com but again I see that message:

your phone has the last version!!!

do the other users have the same SI number? are this phones sold in Iran by Sony or another market that get the phones from different countries?

I dont know! there are different SI numbers here!!  but most phones and other gadgets come here through contraband!!

perhaps your phone was locked to a carrier before and that's why you haven't received the update. you have 2 options

wait or debrand/manually update your phone

your SI doesnt exist in SI list ! but my SI is in the list and its update releaset more than a mounth ago!!!
