Phone Number format - Sony

I transferred my contacts from my Xperia mini pro to Xperia Arc S and got the following phone number format for all my contacts: xxx-xxx-xx and whenever i save a new contact or receive a call, i see the number in that format.

I want my contacts numbers to be shown like: xxxxxxxx

I tried changing the language from English US to English UK but it just solved the issue when saving a new contact. How can i make all my numbers in the phonebook look like xxxxxxxx and not xxx-xxx-xx ?

once you open the contact info -> click on Edit and delete any "-" in between numbers, it will show

xxxxxxxxxxx

it didn't work with me... once you delete the dash, the number right before it disappears! And i can't edit 500 contacts by hand!!!!

If I find an app that does that I'll let you know, but you can always sync your contacts w/ google and edit them on your computer

Did someone find any solution to this?

I do, too, but I went and modified them from my pc.... It's hard for smb who has >100 contacts... But you should not modify all of them in one day
