Problem with xperia j

I have xperia j but the touch screen hang many times a day, i cant pick my calls or i am unable to draw a pattens or swipe the screen. I use my phone without memory card and I also upgrade my phone software, but the problem is the same...very bad experience with Sony..

Pathum. Sory 4 my late response. U go to the original post then u find user name Jithin191. He post link 4 screen calibration. U just need to download from the given link because i have tried screen calibration from google playstore, and it all are rubbish. dont download from playstore.. just download from the given link. but before that, ur phone must have ApkManager, download it from playstore. after i use that screen calibration, my xperia running smoothly, no more lagging.

Thank you so much for the help ~ now my 5-month old xperiaj has back to normal. I'd been facing the first problem since a week after i bought it. It'd been so frustrating using phone with such problem every single day. urghh ~

i also face the problem which cannot open the album and walkman. when i check, inside the setting>storage>only remain the apps and download, the picture and music storage amount is disapper...

so how should i do to soft this problem?

i think is storage problem. it was affect until the phone din have any ringtone and cannot take a photo because when i take, it say cannot save...

At the first time I upgraded my phone, that's what exactly happened to me. Until now I still don't know what the cause of it. Whenever I plug my phone as msc mode on my Computer, the album had an error. After that, I usually triggered my phone to read my Sdcard by moving an app from sd Card to ext Card and vice versa. Or by copying a file (song, pic, or Document) from sdcard to extcard. My phone back to Normal and I can open my Album. Hope this can help you Evelyn and others.

And sony....please fix this bug

I m alos facing this problem and i search for that solution hardly. after a long search and using different method i will able to fix this problem of TOuch screen hanging with very small software which is so called " HTC Calibrate" i my opnion this software re calibrate your touch scren and after using thats i never faces this problem again. i recommend this for touch screen hanging problem....\and for your all information RESET is not a solution...
