Problem with the display of xperia z3

Hi friends......i am using sony xperia z3 since one month ......today i was shocked by seeing aaa small patch on the display of my phone.....i am worried please help me out friends

What do you mean by a patch? If its black its called "dead pixels" but if something else then please post some pictures
