Problem with the camera

Hello everyone! I have a xperia z3 and when i'm try to take a photo upwards (to the sky or to the ceiling) the phones go standby i don't understand why. Only in that case because when i try to take a photo in another direction nothing happen. Pls help

That's odd, settings > apps > all > camera > clear data > restart the phone.

@uliwooly i restored the phone to factory settings and still happens the same problem

What is the normal temperature of a xperia Z3 using apps like facebook or whatsapp? Is normal that my z3 goes very very hot? When i'm playing? And when i'm in facebook or whatsapp it goes hot but like 32 C

That's normal, facebook and whatsapp are quite demanding apps, and battery hogs, as for games, that's given.

Is normal 42 C in FB and WA? It's very annoying, i feel pain in my left hand because the heat of the phone. It's normal that i'm play for 10 minutes and the phone is already hot? @uliwooly
