Problem with Power Bank

Hi I have trouble charging my phone via Power Bank

It starts to charge for a moment and then stops for a moment and then charging for a momentagain a moment ... etc .

Via ordinary charger / power plugs it is charging fine

 ... I have tried as follows :
- Charging from Power Bank with original Sony cable
- Tried to charge another Sony phone (and  a iPhone) with Power Bank ( and two different cables) without problems
- Tried both usb and " magnetic charge " using Power Bank

- talked to support

- tried to charge with Powerbank after start in "safe mode"

About the Power Bank 5V / 2200 mAh

The Z3 Compact is updated with latest software

I did use Power Bank on this phone last summer (when it was brand new)

What do I do to get it to work ?

How old is the power bank? does it work with other phones? does it work if the phone it's off?

The Power Bank is new

Which other Xperia have you tested? 

Does it charge while the phone it's off?
