I had this Z5 for a while now recently it has been freezing a lot and lagging. I usually lock and unlock the screen to try to fix the problem ,sometimes that works but I will not be able to open any apps and have to reset (sometimes several times)

Does it happen all the time? if it does, boot in >>> safe mode for few hours and see if you experience the same issue.
