problem with options button and touch screen

when i open the screen the options button gets automatically on and the screen works automatically without any input and the mobile hangs  a lot.i am greatly annoyed with this malfunction.kindly provide me solution to  overcome this. i have even formatted the mobile.problem is not solved.
