Problem with mp3 ringtone

Hi, I have a problem with my xperia ray.

When I set a mp3 song as ring tone, usually when I turn off the phone, the tone is lost and appears "unknown tone."

Please, I need help. Thanks.

I have the same problem. I noticed that all my mp3 that does not have an Album Art do not have the optio to set as ringtone. Only those with Album Art can be selected. Wonder how to resolve this??

I have the same problem.

This happens after connecting the phone to pc by usb cable, and activating usb debugging.

also after removing and replacing the same sdcard.

i think you have done the same.
