Problem with mp3 ringtone

Hi, I have a problem with my xperia ray.

When I set a mp3 song as ring tone, usually when I turn off the phone, the tone is lost and appears "unknown tone."

Please, I need help. Thanks.

do you have any taskiller that might be causing any issues? is it the ringtone for SMS/MMS or calls?

have you tried those songs with other phones to see if the file it's corrupted? when you play the song does it play fine or are there are any issues?

repair your phone with sus do not install any app and uninstall mcafee see if the problem persists
