Problem with moving the application to external sd card

In the new sony xperia phone ,memory is partitioned into two:

1)Phone memory(around 700mb)

2)Internal memory (2.5gb)

But the problem is we cant transfer the applications to the external memory..and there is no such application in google play that allows us to do this because thode apps do not get the root access..

The problem is we cant transfer the apps to sd card..

We can transfer music, audio or video files to sd card using apps like file manager or astro manager..

The app2sd application recognizes the sd card as internal memory which is a bug..

So,Is there a solution to transfer the apps to micro sd cars??(without rooting)

Please this is an important issue and sony needs to do something..

There would not be a way to save the applications to the External SD card in the phone, You would only be able to move these to the Internal memory section of the phone. The SD card would be used for music, photo and video storage.

hi bornochora

rooting a device is giving a FULL access to the system

it can be dangerous to your device if it's done wrong, but following tutorials is easy and you can easily root your phone

unrooting is as easy as rooting

for the How To, I suggest you visit this thread for rooting device http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1886460

for moving games to SD, just google GL to SD or read this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1328053

this is a very big problem of sony xperia smart phones

for example i wanted to buy  xperia m dual or xperia c dual but in these phones i cant install games and apps beacouse of low memory

i Suggest that all of internal memory (4G or 8G) put to intenal device memory and external sd cart put to sd for move application data or in setting let users to choose that

Yep, Google turned off ... Installing applications on the External SD card.  Unless you root the  (any Android) phone,  you can only store video, music and photos on the External card.  This not an problem that was caused by Sony.

But .. Navfree allows you store their GPS maps on the External SD card.  I use this application all the time.  This is a standard feature on the application.  Too bad, not many other applications have implemented this feature
