Problem with maps/navigation since update to 4.3

Since I updated android to 4.3, when I use my navigation in the car the app  crashes now and then. Before the update it never did, so I wonder how can I solve this? Any others with this experience and maybe a solution?

Welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

With the information supplied, this could be related to a bad software installation, try perform the following.

Menu > Settings > Apps/Applications > All > Sony Car > Clear data.

Once the above has been attempted, try use the application again.

it's not bad software installation. I'm having the same problem since the update and have tried reboots and re-installing.

the second issue is after using navigation and I exit. if I then use navigation at a later point GPS fails to initiate. I don't even get the symbol in the notification bar to show it trying find satellites.

I have to reboot my T then it works again for one use.
