Hello sir,
my name is arya singh from new Delhi, I purchased new Sony erricsson live with walkmen ( WT 19i )
on 12/12/2012 with strong confidence about our products and services. Unfortunately my confidence didn't last long when I had most Pathetic & Horrible experience at our Authorized Service Center.
this time I am submit my phones 5th times to your service centre. First time they told me that your phone touch not working properly and I was submitted to service centre but after 10 days I was suffered with same problems. And again I was gone to service centre this time they told me your phone mother board not working and again I was submitted to centre. But after that again I was faced with same problem, now this time I m summitng my phone 5th times.
and second things is that yours service centre did not providing me a right information about my phone condition, they also talk with customer very badly and rudely.
and at this situation plzz swap my device with new one, and this time m strongly says i will not collect my phone from your service center and i want new device otherwise i wil go to consumer court and complain againt to your bad sevices and mis behaiviour by your's service centres.
