Problem with GPS

Having problems with any app that requires my location. Location Services are activated: GPS Satellites ticked, and Google's Location Service ticked. Google maps can pinpoint my location, but apps cannot. Visited Germany in January, changed my home SIM for a German SIM (belonging to a world wide telco). GPS related apps have failed to work since then. Back home and with my usual SIM - still no GPS for apps.

Loaded GPS Test - nothing.

Can anyone help sort this problem out please? I have done a factory reset, no improvement.

I have Android 4.1.2. Build 6.2.A.1.100

I suggest that you try to reinstall the phone software using Update Service..

If the issue should still remain I think that this needs to be examined and fixed at a repair center. For more information about how to submit your phone for repair and where, contact your local support team.
