z1 keeps restarting

Hello,I have an Xperia z1 for about couple days.. I installed the new software through the pc companion, after this my phone started to restart after locking the screen.. I repaired my phone by pc companion but nothing helped. Please help me

I'm not sure if all Z1's have this feature but I had the same issue which was after 15 minutes of inactivity it would switch off, This was because of a hidden feature which has the phone in transport mode and thinks that it has been switched on during transport by accident - So I had to keep checking my phone and wait for a pop up saying it would switch off and do I want to cancel this feature from happening again

Boot your phone in safe mode,see if the phone keeps restarting:

thanks, but it takes only couple minutes to start restarting

Have you tried booting in safe mode?

thanks guys, but it restarts even in safe mode. if i use the phone i do not have any trouble, but when i put it to leep (lock the screen) it suddenly reboots and do it again and again if i am not using it... any suggestions?

Do you have smart key app?If yes,try and remove it.

no i dont, i didnt even downloaded anything, because i have this device for a couple days...

Download sony update service and attempt a repair.If it does not work,take the phone back.

i am reparing it at the moment using a sony update service. I will write what happens next.. Anyway thanks for your advices
