Problem with GPS

Hi there, Im new here and i hope someone of you can help me if possible.

Im a SK17i owner and when i turn the gps on it is impossible to find where i am. I use Sygic navigator too and in network settings the display shows that satellites are in range but i cant "conect".

I've done a hard reset, reinstalled the 2.3.4 android software and the problem isnt fixed yet.

Ive tried to do the GPS test on service menu and the same result, no satellite conections.

PS: Ive got it rooted, but anything else (no roms, no bootloader unlocked, etc)

If you're outside when doing this and it still fails I suggest that you contact your local support team to have your phone checked at an repair center.

How long have you waited for the phone to find your position? Are you trying it inside a building? Because it can never find your position inside a building.

I went for a walk, about 30 minutes and it wasnt able to find me.

It is so strange because using Sygic Navigator, in the satellite settings, finds satellites but cant connect to them.

I dont know, so awkward
