Problem with Conference Calls.

Dear Sony Community,

I phone someone, then I press the contacts icon, then I press the person I want to call and it then gives me an option of " merge " once reaching to the person I am calling.

After that, I press " merge " and it says " can't make conference call " or something along them lines.

Please help?

Try settings-apps-all-phone,clear data and force stop.Restart your phone.

Welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

With the information supplied, I can advise that this function needs to be activated on your account, I suggest you contact your network carrier and and advise you need conference calling to be turned on.
