Problem with alarm

It's not too big a problem but does anyone else experience the alarm not being able to be turned off sometimes? Just wanted to see if anyone else had this problem because I read a review on Amazon that someone posted and they mentioned this too.

Every once in a while, the alarm rings and then there is simply no option to turn it off. Disabling the alarm doesn't work either because it doesn't let you. The only way to stop it is to turn off the phone.

Hi, a few options to consider .... You may either Factory Reset or Software Repair phone to see if this resolves the alarm problem. Just be aware that either process will erase phone data completely, backup if necessary.

Hi, thanks! I probably won't try it at the moment (because it only happens once in a long while so I never know when to expect it) but once it starts to annoy me I will try those options. Thanks again.
