Problem while Updating

While updating to 4.3, i was stucked at Step2-prepare while updating 

it just couldn't get past the steps to follow to prepare the phone for update.....i follow each and every step several times but nothing ...just a message occurs regarding don't worry!!! just follow from step 1.

actually i am stuck right now..Plz help!!

It should not have any kind of problems.Try on another computer.

Hey people ! Sony Xperia SP It's in the shop menu it was moved from products as it's under investigation due to loads of reports on faulty hardware on most devices sold ! SP is propably the worst phone in all products of sony ! They throw us SP from the Sony Shop at main site !!!!!

just format your windows once and do a fresh installation of windows and install just pcc and nothing else and then update..it will work surely bcz my pc also gives me same problem and I always do the same..

Okay..thanks for the suggestion,I got the update on device itself. But one thing I need to be sure, whether it is good to update to 4.3 or not...bcoz all people are experiencing issues on the New update...!

for sure that have some bugs..but goods are so many more than bugs..do it and after update reset to factory your phone

Due to this 4.3 i noticed that camera has Bad quality ever than the previous version 4.1.2..

take pics with manuall camera..and set it your self
