Problem while Updating

While updating to 4.3, i was stucked at Step2-prepare while updating 

it just couldn't get past the steps to follow to prepare the phone for update.....i follow each and every step several times but nothing ...just a message occurs regarding don't worry!!! just follow from step 1.

actually i am stuck right now..Plz help!!

Another Problem! My PC and PCC is not detecting my phone on default mode[MTP]. Its getting detect in only in MSC usb mode...

since I installed version 4.3 I have a problem, we are constantly blocked, open the icon and it takes me by a couple of seconds, not like before.
