Problem using photos in Album and other apps

Today I tryed to upload a photo to Instagram but I only could access to the last 16 photos from my gallery.

I tryed to go the other way around so I opened the Album app and tryed to edit one of the photos so I could upload it from the "Edited photos" album. Everytime I tryed so the phone gave me the following message: "Ninguna aplicación puede realizar esta acción" (No application can perform this action).

I did the same with many photos with the same result: I can only edit the last 16 photos.

I restarted the phone but the problem persisted. Can anyone help me?

Hi guys, i've noticed that some of my photo's suddenly "disappear" (They turn into a black landscape photo). Does anyone know what's causing the problem? Btw my photos are stored on the SD card

May be thumbnails cache is corrupt, try this:

- Go to Settings -> Apps -> All -> Album -> Force close, Clear data and restart your phone.
