problem in touch while typing

sir, touch screen is not responding very well during typing time , it takes some input os words , but its doesnot take some words , actually it is not responing fast , during chat now i have to click the words harshly and somtime it gets hanged and then it takes all the words of inputs which it were not taken earlier , also sometimes it type autoimattically , i gets frustated while i m using it ,i formetted it , i have done factory reset , but it seems to be no change in it , kindly give some technical info. which sort this problem. or give some to get rid out of it.
