Poor product :(

Dear Sony,
I would like to show my deep disappointment after being Xperia user for more than 5 years starting from Xperia X10 then Arc S then Z1 and finally Z3 dual!,
I bought the phone on the 30th of August 2015 and within less than one week of usage the problems started as the display split, as if the glue is weak,
I already got the Phone from Sony Agent or official distributor in Saudi Arabia (Modern Electronics), I tried to send the phone back and get a new phone they refused, the glued the display back and said it's sealed well so it's still water resistant, then before couple of weeks the same problem happened again, the display did split again and the display sensor was not working well, I sent the phone back to be fixed but they are too slow and they can't send the phone where I live and they are not responsive and careless,
I don't know how to complain but I will try my best to reach anyone in Sony Global team.
I have been loyal customer for Sony and even advocate and I convinced many of my friends to buy your product and now I regret it
I am waiting badly for your reply and support cause my phone is important part of my work and I feel lost

I'm sorry to hear that, your local support probably doesn't have the spare parts, stay in contact with them as there's nothing we can do here, since this is a user based forum.

Welcome to the community.

I am sorry to hear about your experience. In this situation there is little point in trying to contact Sony Global as different countries and regions have different laws and requirements, which is why we have separate support teams in each supported country. You will need to discuss the issue with your local support team. Good luck.
