Need help with messaging.

Hello everyone,

I'm having a problem with messaging and I hope someone will be able to help me.

My phone's android version is 6.0.1. 

But I'm having trouble with sending messages to short codes.

I'm not sure how to fix this problem , if anyone knows please help.

Are you using the preloaded messaging app?

Yes i'm using that .. just get "Could not send" whenever i send a message to a short code.

I wonder if this has anything to do with your network. Can you try your SIM card in another phone, or another SIM card in your phone?

tried it in another phone , android (5.1.1) , still not working

That would definitely be a network issue then. Please contact your network provider for assistance on this.
