Phonecall problem

well, i dont know if here is same. but first, im sorry my bad english. But now, the problem, When i call someone i dont always hear that voice, what he/she is talking, i know she/he keep phone near ear and mouth, and talking loud.

What is problem?

What i can do or nothing?

I dont know, im waiting call, but music volume is good.  but need to wait call now. That problem not see always  first call. I come here back, if problem continue:)  Thanks:)

Yes, but wrong word there. I mean everything there "Ok google" was disabled, because its not allowed to my language. What now?:/ i think its not working yet.

Well if you have microphone noise suppression disabled, boot your device into safe mode and the problem also persists, then I suggest you run a backup of the device information as explained here. Then perform a system repair using PC Companion or Bridge for MAC. The process will erase all internal memory.You might need to charge your device for about 1-2 hours before so the device has at least 80% battery. Switch off your phone and unplug from Pc (Hold volume up and power for around 10 seconds) Start PC Companion and select Support zone then Update my phone/tablet then in Blue Repair my phone/tablet and follow the on screen instructions - When prompted connect your phone still switched off holding volume down or back button - This should start the repair or reformat process. If you are using Windows 8/8.1 or a 64bit operating system then adjust the settings for PC Companion and run in compatibility mode and chose Windows 7 or XP. Keep us updated please.

I updated, and then  there was one enabled. Now its disabled. I hope it works, i come back, if this problem continue.
