phone wont do basic things after update

my phone has been requsting i update it for a while but just ignored it i finally did it sunday but now i cant read my text messages i can't listen to music its really slow and the battery drains when on facebook or twitter etc anyone know a solution its so frustrating thanks

Download SUS and repair:

it wont even connect my phone tells me to hold volume button and put usb cable in but not responding

First,make sure the phone is turned off.After that,do not connect until you are prompted to.Do it more than one time,it must work.
