tried to pair the phone for wireless( WIFI) sync,
both pc companion and windows own pairing system will not see phone, they just crash
I had trouble with this also, but found out that the computer has to be connected to the internet by wire, not wirelessly. Then the wifi pairing between the computer and the phone should work.
mine is connected by wire
so that fix don't work
