Phone won't power on after software repair

I am having the same problem. I have tried a software repair but my phone is unrecognized. I have contacted local support but they recommended me to software repair. I'm not sure what happened as my phone was working fine immediately before the update

Hi @Silverft, I'm sorry to hear that.

At which step of the software repair does the phone not get recognized? Note that the software repair should be initiated without having your phone connected to the computer; once you connect it later in the repair process it should be turned off.

Let me know some more information regarding the process and I'll try my best to assist!

Its isn't recognized at step number 5. I connect my device to my mac, and wait while still holding the down button, but nothing happens.

Just for reference, did you have the opportunity to try a different port and a different USB cable? In addition if you can, could you try to see if the same occurs with a different computer as well?
