Hi,
I recently (Christmas) bought an Xperia e for my grandson. My wife and I already had Xperia E's and are very pleased with them. However after my grandson allowed his to run flat, the phone wouldn't some back on. I managed finally to get the phone to fire up by leaving it for an hour without the battery in it. Now it wont charge. I can charge his battery in my phone and obviously I have a selection of chargers and usb leads and it works on none of them. I have also updated the software and done a reset and factory reset. Is there anything else I can try?
Never let the battery flat again, tell him that. You need to charge when the battery is between 10-20%.I think it is best you visit a sony service,as it may be hardware issue.
So, I'm trying to charge my phone, but it's turned on. The battery is so flat that it charges just enough to start up, but then dies before I have a chance to turn it off. It's a vicisous circle
Can you suggest anything?
