Hello
i have a Z3 Dublo and after i have use Softeware repair my phone whonot go ON? Please Help
Hi @Gentii,
I am very sorry to hear about that.
Do you mean that the screen goes completely black, or can you see the SONY logo for example?
I recommend that you try forcing a shut down of your device by either pressing and holding down the volume up- and power button simultaneously until it vibrates 3 times, or by holding down the OFF button next to the SIM area.
Once you've done so, try charging your device for at least 2 hours and then try powering it on.
Let me know how it went!
i have done this method bur my experia dont go ON
Have you tried different chargers, USB cables and power sources as well? In addition, could you try to see if it boots if you remove the SIM and SD cards from your device in case you have these mounted?
If it still won't power on, then I recommend that you get in touch with your Local support in order to be assisted in sending your device in to an authorized service center.
i have use sowfteware repair and after thats in the middle of precces when pc companion tools aks me to hold down the volume and re-connect the usb happening some error and and now my experia dont let me re-repair or go ON ?
That sounds strange, however - could you try to see if the same occurs using Xperia Companion? PC Companion has been replaced and is no longer supported I'm afraid.
what tools SONY support for repair ?
Do I understand you correctly in that you are wondering which software you may use for performing a software repair? In that case I strongly recommend that you follow this guide in order to perform a software repair using Xperia Companion.
this giude i have use yesterday and in the middle of procces i have give some error , maybe my pc or usb cable but now my Xperia its shout dowan and is any tools to repair again or i dont have solution and to go buy anothe phone company cose SONY i dont use anymore
Should the behaviour still persist then I recommend that you get in touch with your Local support so that you may be assisted in sending the device in for servicing.
