I charged my phone overnight yesterday/today. And when i woke up today my phone was working fine.
I played a game on it and it was fine. I left it for an hour and came back to it.
I picked it up, dropped it from about a 5cm height onto a soft bed. It shut off and restarted, so i did it again, shut off again, and restarted. I did this 3 more times and it just stopped restarting. I plugged it in my computer, my computer reads it, dissconnects, then does that over and over again.
I plugged it into the wall, it showed the sony logo, turned off, showed the sony logo again.
Now everytime i plug it into the charger the LED light goes red and stays red. I left it on the charger for 3 hours, nothing happened. Left it off the charger for a few hours, still nothing.
PC companion can't read it, i've tried power button + Volume Down, etc etc etc
I've only had it for 4 months.
But the LED at the top left is a dull blue, it has been a dull blue all night. I thought throwing it would knock it back into place or something, ya know?
Anyway, what do i do if the LED is blue, never seen that before
If force or impact has knocked something back in to place it would still indicate a physical issue. In order to be sure the issue will not persist or happen again your device will need to be assessed by an authorised repair agent.
But what does the blue light mean???????????????
