Problem with Sony original headset microphone

Hello,
I have a problem with headset microphone. When I connect original Sony Z2 headset (mh410c) and try to speak with somebody or record audio the microphone doesn't work, but if I test with Sound Meter app or smth apps show that it is working. I have another headset from Sony (MDREX15APB) and I haven't any problem. How do you think? Can it be that the mh410c headset is broken? Or maybe I can try something to clear in phone apps?

Settings > apps > all > smartconnect and also the phone app(s) > clear data > restart the phone check again

test it on safe mode

Thanks for reply. I just try all things and nothing helps. It's interesting if I very very loud do something in microphone and record I can very very silent hear what I was say. I try to clean microphone but doesn't help. Sound Meter show very well sound level. . But I think it is broken. Whatever.. Thenks and have a great time.
