I charged my phone overnight yesterday/today. And when i woke up today my phone was working fine.
I played a game on it and it was fine. I left it for an hour and came back to it.
I picked it up, dropped it from about a 5cm height onto a soft bed. It shut off and restarted, so i did it again, shut off again, and restarted. I did this 3 more times and it just stopped restarting. I plugged it in my computer, my computer reads it, dissconnects, then does that over and over again.
I plugged it into the wall, it showed the sony logo, turned off, showed the sony logo again.
Now everytime i plug it into the charger the LED light goes red and stays red. I left it on the charger for 3 hours, nothing happened. Left it off the charger for a few hours, still nothing.
PC companion can't read it, i've tried power button + Volume Down, etc etc etc
I've only had it for 4 months.
I'm sorry to hear that, remove both SIM and SD cards and check if you experience the same
Nothing
Still not working. Charged it over night. It's not turning on.
Hi @Sugna,
Welcome to the community.
Even if PC companion can't read it, you should be able to do a software repair as it requires the phone to be turned off anyway. Give that a try and let us know the results.
Tried it, and no luck
I'm sorry to hear that, you might have to send your device to get repaired at your Local support which means that everything, including but not limited to your porn, will be deleted.
i chucked my phone off the balcony about 4 times, i brang it back inside and it displayed the battery symbol for about a second. The red light is flashing now
it did again. I think my babys back to life.
The battery might be completley draiend as the red light is having trouble staying a light, going dull etc. How do i get it to charge
THe light is a dull blue colour now

Uliwooly is right, and the only step you can take at this point is to contact your local support team and have them arrange a repair for you.
