Phone resets

Hi,

I have a problem with my new Z5 phone.

It keeps rebooting itself. Sometimes i see information about optimizing 81 aplications and after that ... reboot.

After reboot the red diode blinks, 3 short blinks and one long.

Can I do something or is it a faulty unit ?

Tried it, doesn,t work.

One time it even showed me the langueage selection menu, but then it rebooted...

remove both SIM and SD cards and see if you experience the same without them

I did all that. Still rebooting.

This red blinking means somenting ?

It might be faulty, contact your Local support

I had the same issue, they identified it was my battery. But I demand a replacement. Still waiting for local support's answer.

So I'm confused, you said that the battery was replaced but you didn't wanted the phone to be repaired? but now you want a replacement? a replacement of what?
