The problem loudspeaker during a call on Android 5.1.1

When back on Android 5.1.1 if the phone in speakerphone mode and put back on the phone will not be our voice to the caller and the microphone will be cut back

I hope this resolves the issue .

Welcome to the forums, this issue has been answered multiple times before, We suggest that you use the search option to find existing answers.

This issue is due to some apps taking control of your phone mic and not releasing it on phone calls. It can be caused by a lot of apps or services, examples are:

- "OK Google" detection from any screen, to disable it go to you app drawer -> Google Settings -> Search & Now -> Voice -> "OK Google" detection -> From any screen -> Disable.

- Some voice chat apps like WhatsApp, Skype, etc running in the background. Clear apps from recent apps list.

- Some voice notifications from prayer time apps were reported to cause this too.
