My phones freezes ringtones change on their own and apps crash and sometimes the phone turns off on its own and also closes apps I am running. I have done updates

Everyone I talk that has this phone has same problems. My wife has the same phone and has the same problems. We got the phones the
Same day. Bell Canada is our provider.

Did you get your phone from Bell?Visit their service or a sony service.

Yes I got it from bell

If you still have warranty,visit a service(if you have warranty for sony,take it to them).
