Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.
First of all, what are you going to do when you have paired your phone with the PC?
If you whish to transfer files between the PC and the phone you should open the file you like to send, for example a picture, open album > select the picture > share icon > Bluetooth. Select the PC in the list of Bluetooth units. Accept the file transfer on the PC.
Make sure that your PC is allowed to receive files over Bluetooth.
I want to pair my phone with my pc, so that i can control the pc with my phone...
but i can't do that... every time i want to pair them up, the computer asks me to install somekinda driver for my phone..
and sending files doesn't work to... but that doesn't matter, i can work around that..
The drivers the PC are asking for can you get from your computer/ Bluetooth stack manufacturer.
