Chrome zooms when scrolling

Don't know if anyone else has this problem, but scrolling down pages in chrome results in random zooming unless I'm using the very tip of my finger. Is there a fix for this?

Try settings-apps-all-chrome,clear data.If this does not work,uninstall updates for chrome.

Thank you for the feedback. Unfortunately it didn't work. Anyone else have this problem?

I have suggested this before with uninstalling updates and it worked.
