Hi,

I am unable to backup my phone and whenever i do it phone memory is encrypted. I have also done a factory reset but still the problem persists.

Please help !!

give it another shot, also have you encrypted the SD card?

I have not encrypted anything on the inbuilt memory and i have also done factory reset and repair about 4 times since evening.

Any help would be appreciated..
