Phone memory and sd card memory deleted

My phone was in ideal condition and suddenly all the data from SD card and internal memory got deleted.

Please share the solution for the same as the data was important for me.

The phone can't do this on it's own, perhaps your phone has malware and it was remotely deleted, not even an update can affect the SD card. I'm sorry to say this but if the phone doesn't have root access you can't restore the data from the internal storage, as for the SD card you could use RECUVA
