Phone gone crazy!!!

Not sure I'm the only user experience such horrible issue, my phone recently apps suddenly auto pop up and randomly start different apps again and again. Normally take few hours to back to normally and started few times a month.

I have tried to reset to factory and doesn't work. Tried to use diagnosis function to check, but all are normal. and I downloaded antivirus software to scanned as well, all can't find issue. It's just so weired.....

Do you have by accident glove mode enabled and a screen protector perhaps? In some cases screen is touched.

I was thinking about the glove mode, but the issue still happens. As for screen protector, I don't see any scratches at all.

The screen behaving like be touched but actually no physical touched. Could be touch screen hardware failure?

It could be. Go dial *#*#7378423#*#* - service tests - test the touchscreen.

The touch screen seems working properly. The weirdest part is the Z2 will work as fine if I just leave it alone for a few hours....

So I wonder if it's really due to hardware failure then the phone can't just recover by itself.

You may need to perform a software repair using PC Companion. The process will erase all internal memory. You might need to charge your device for about 1-2 hours before so the device has at least 80% battery.

Make sure the device is not connected to computer or laptop and turned off (sometimes you have to press power button and volume up until the device vibrates 3 times or on some devices you have to press the small button near the SIM tray or on the back of the device).

Open PC companion->support zone->phone/tablet software update->repair my phone/tablet blue highlighted.Follow the steps given,do not connect your phone until prompted to press volume down while plugging USB cable. If PC companion does not start the repair process, you might need to run it in compatibility mode with Windows 7 (in some cases XP).

Actually I already tried to repair, but also not working, seems the only solution is sent my dear phone to service center.
