so i was playing in a pool and i dropped the phone to the bottom, wasnt too bothered, it took a minute for my friend and i to find it, but when i picked it up, the micro sd flap was openand there was water in it.
i shook most of it out and started trying to su ck the water out of it with my mouth, (with both flaps open) i can see a litmus indicator by the sim is pinkish, but cant see one by the sd card, (i know it got through there anyways). the cameras and led had water vapour in it, and i kept su cking it out until it wasnt visible any more, but it is back now.
when trying to charge it, it goes red and vibrates three times. I am aboout to get a hair dryer (vacuum if i can find one, im in a holiday house) and then put it in some rice. will this work? or is it too late? are there any other better ways to get the water out?
If your actions don't work then you could either return your device to the place of purchase or contact Xperia care and have your device inspected http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/support/contact-us/
