phone damage from service center

Before my purchase of this product I looked around online and as I saw the phone is quite fragile and so I thought I can deal with it so I bought the phone. I took care of this phone exceptionally no cracks no bumps and no dents. Unfortunately the phone has stopped working the support staff in the hotline told me to send it over to one of the service centers so I did. I look at their website once a day to see if there's any progress but there's none. From the 24th of April to 29th there was only one update and it was damaged brood repair. I believe that it couldn't have been from the freight because I shipped it in a box full of bubble wrap there was so much wrap in there there was nothing moving inside the box. I when shook it and nothing was shaking inside. I looked at the supplied images and the damage was near the power button. Looks like someone smashed it. It's impossible that it came from a phone bend too because it has tampered glass front and back.

Oh I sent it over the service center because it was not turning on and apparently not charging as well.

I'm sorry to hear that you have issues with your phone Slightly_frowning_Face

As warranty and repairs are handled at a local level by your local support team i'm afraid i can't see anything regarding your service from here. I recommend that you contact them for assistance and latest status.

i have stated my claims and the local representative did a mediocre investigation, looking at only what the company (that damaged my phone) has supplied and nothing else. i told the representative to do a more thorough investigation and look at the company's cctv footage. I suggested that because i work at a small company and there are cameras everywhere and there is nowhere that you can hide and do something illicit. but instead of doing what i have suggested the representative elected to ignore my suggestion and say that the company is trustworthy. i looked up the company and online reviews and i ended up angrier than my initial reaction because they have been notorious for further damaging the phones that are under their "care"

i do know that you could not help me with my problem i just hope that there would be a way for your area to be able to communicate with the local representative and avoid this problem
